This exercise can work for your chest, lats, and quads. Since burpees also involve explosive movement, they’ll get your heart pumping too.
How to do burpees: It is very easy to do Burpees. You need to stand with your feet shoulder-distance apart and also send your hips back as you lower your body toward the ground in a low squat. You need to keep your hands right outside of the feet and then hop your feet back, allowing your chest to touch the floor. Now allow your body to just push the hands in the opposite of the floor to lift your body into a plank and then jump your feet just outside of your hands.

This exercise of overhead medicine ball slams is very effective. It strengthens your core as it works against gravity. This exercise also tests your consistency and endurance, getting your heart rate up each time you pick the ball up and bring it overhead. You can get an effective result by using this exercise. But make sure the weight that you are carrying is excessive.
How to do overhead medicine ball slams: To do this exercise, you need to stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, and then you need to hold a medicine ball with both hands. Now reach both arms overhead, extending your body. Now you need to just slam the ball forward and down toward the ground. You need to extend your arms toward the ground as you slam and make sure you are not afraid to bend your knees as you hinge over.
